Gabriele	Background of the issue: I have developed the site in Italian first and translated it into English. Then I changed my mind and decided to set English as the default language. Symptoms: Some parts of the site in the backend are not translatable and are locked. The English language, which is now the default, is considered a translation of the other language. Questions: Why are some parts of the site in the backend locked and not translatable? How can I set English as the default language without it being considered a translation?

Background of the issue:

Symptoms:
Some parts of the site in the backend are not translatable and are locked. The English language, which is now the default, is considered a translation of the other language.
