[Risolto] Complianz banner missing language

Background of the issue:
I have translated strings in PL and DE language for the cookie banner using WPML.

Symptoms:
On the frontend, the cookie banner is always only in Polish language, even on the German page.

Questions:
Why is the cookie banner not displaying in the correct language on the German page?
