Background of the issue:
I'm trying to style my language switcher on my site link nascosto with specific customizations. I want the active language to be a certain color, add a '|' symbol between the two language buttons, and change the position of the language switcher from the left side of the header to the right. I've added the symbol with CSS but there are two of them, one after each language button. The settings under 'Language' aren't showing up.

Symptoms:
The active language color settings aren't showing up, and there are two '|' symbols instead of one between the language buttons.

How can I style the active language with a specific color?
How do I correctly add a '|' symbol between the language buttons?
How can I move the language switcher to the right side of the header?
