flag in social menu has disappeared after update.
I already tried to delete selector linked to social menu, and recreate it, I see the selector is added but it's hidden. You can see when I pass my mouse hover, the link is shown in the bottom of page. So section is well there but flag is hidden. (same thing if I disable flag and enable name, name is hidden).

The switcher is indeed there but hidden : lien caché
So this must be a display issue that might be coming from the theme, could you try disabling the theme and use a default theme instead, for example twenty twenty one.
Does that theme have the same issue? Does changing to the initial theme back fixes it?
If not, I would like to ask for temporary access to your test site’s wp-admin and FTP to investigate the issue further.
If necessary, I may need to replicate your site locally. To do this, I will temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” on your site, which will enable me to create a copy of your site and its content. Once the problem has been resolved, I will delete the local site. Please let me know if you agree to this.

I have taken a look at your site and found some interesting information,
Code wise, the flags are there, but the icons are gone: lien caché
So the flags that are no longer visible are added to a menu called 'social', I was trying to locate this menu, but I couldn't find where to check it, so I went to Widgets panels, but the site kept running into a critical error whenever I check the widgets page : lien caché
Then I tested if the menu is visible under other menus, so I added this one to the principal menu : lien caché
and it seems to be displaying correctly there : lien caché
So then I figured I check the appearance of the theme, cause maybe the theme's CSS is overwriting ours, so I enabled the top menu on the top panel like this : lien caché
As a conclusion, you need to check/edit the "social' Menu in a way that allows our flags to display, I couldn't find a way to do it myself, so I suggest to contact Quidin theme authors and ask them if they know a quick fix for this kind of issue. Copy my message to them so that they can follow up accordingly.
In the meantime, I left the flags visible in the Main Menu as a temporary language switcher until we find a fix.
