Background of the issue:
I am trying to use the feature 'Switch to pay as you go' on my site link nascosto.

Symptoms:
I am getting an error message: 'There is a problem connecting to automatic translation. Please check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes. If you continue to see this message, please contact our support team.' Note: Internet is working fine.

Questions:
Why am I unable to use the 'Switch to pay as you go' feature?
What could be causing the connection issue with automatic translation despite having a working internet connection?
