[Risolto] Image alt text not updating in ATE

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the ALT text after updating them, but they don't get updated on ATE. The issue can be seen on this page: link nascosto.

Symptoms:
I expected to see the updated Alt text on the left side, but instead I see the old alt text.

Questions:
Why is the updated ALT text not appearing in ATE?
How can I ensure the ALT text updates correctly in ATE?
