Background of the issue:
Our account got automatically renewed a few days ago. Since then, we get a message that the account has expired, which is not correct. This might be due to custom config having been done in the backend part of WP. We need help renewing the account details in WP so the license is applied.
Symptoms:
Re-activate license not working. Clicking on any of the buttons on the message doesn't do anything: it loads for a while and then it stops.
