Background of the issue:
I have posts that use custom ACF blocks and when exporting XLIFF files to translate said posts, often (not in all cases) the resname attributes for some of those custom block fields will be incorrect and so the imports don't update those strings correctly.

Deleting and recreating the translation jobs doesn't fix the issue, however I've noticed that if I click the 'Edit' button (taking me to the advanced translation editor) and then going back seems to 'refresh' the markup in the XLIFF file and the attributes then appear correctly.

My question is whether there is a way to do this process in bulk, i.e. whichever process is occurring when opening the translation job using the editor which seems to refresh the XLIFF markup?
