[Risolto] Registration key

Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development that has been translated for quite a while using WPML.

Symptoms:
The registration key is not in WPML, and I can't update the WPML plugins. This is the website link nascosto

Questions:
If I add the website to a new key, will I lose all of my translations?
