[Risolto] Mailchimp Plugin's Sign-Up Form Translation

I try to translate the form for the wp plugin MC4WP: Mailchimp and I don't find the sign-up form under Translation Management and not in string translation. I also tried one of your answer on support to switch the language up on the top of wp-admin but then the original language also changed
