[Risolto] We currently have a client that might migrate their site to us so what is the procedure for that?

Hi, we currently have a client that might migrate their site to us. Their WPML belongs to the other agency. If they migrate to us, would all we have to do is get a new key for them on our end? Would there be anything else we should be concerned about?
