[Risolto] add content to two places on the English site, it breaks and deletes it

I need help with my account. When I add content to two places on the English site, it breaks and deletes it on the two other language sites we have. I have had this issue in the past and it still is not resolved. I want to see if we can turn on manual translations for two places on our site.
