WPML Credits - Add credits > "Something went wrong, please try again later" for 2 days

I deleted the key from the test site and deactivated WPML on the test site, but this site still appears. I then try to add the credits, to no avail. Background of the issue:
I am trying to add the purchased credits to cms.uni-mainz.de. I deleted the key from the test site and deactivated WPML on the test site, but this site still appears. I then try to add the credits, to no avail. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: https://wpml.org/account/manage-credits/

Symptoms:
