On my website link nascosto, I still see the following error in WPML → Support:
WPML REST API test endpoint is not responding: link nascosto
The main REST API endpoint works, but the WPML language-specific endpoint does not.
This morning, my entire website suddenly lost all its CSS and layout and was displayed only as plain text. The layout is back now, but the WPML error is still there, and I would like to understand if the two issues are related.
Could you please explain:
What this WPML REST API error means,
Whether this could have caused the layout issue I had this morning,
And how to fix the problem permanently?
