I created a Footer template in French for my Divi website, and the footer is not getting translated. The issue can be seen on my website: lien caché.
Symptômes:
I expected to see a translated Footer on my English pages, but instead, I got a French footer on my English pages.
Questions:
How can I get the footer to translate correctly on my English pages?
Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I can see the issue on your site. Please go to the WPML >> Translation Management page, choose the Divi footer template and send it for translation and see if this resolves the issue.

If the issue persists, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Thanks for sharing the login details. I followed these steps:
1. Translated the footer template into English via WPML >> Translation Management, but it didn’t work initially.
2. Tried the troubleshooting options from WPML >> Support, but no change.
3. Deleted the translated footer and retranslated it, and now the correct translation appears (see attached screenshot).
