The client was unable to see the footer on the German version of their website using WPML. The issue was related to the VamTam Builder which uses the Footer Template slug instead of the ID in theme options.
Solution:
We recommended translating the footer slug in the theme options via WPML>>String Translation. We confirmed that after making this change, the footer appeared as expected on the German version of the site. We advised the client to clear all types of caches if the issue persists after the translation.
