Solution: If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you follow these steps: 1) Update your WPML plugins to the latest versions. Go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial and click “Check for updates”. Please ensure you create a backup before updating. 2) Disable Reds object cache and attempt the process again. 3) If the problem persists, try switching to a regular WordPress theme instead of a custom one to rule out any issues caused by custom code. You can do this by switching to a WP default theme and checking if the issue still occurs.
