When I modify a product, sometimes it completely breaks the product URL (even though I haven't changed the slug). It puts the category in English instead of French.
lien caché
“overland-adventure-off-road-book” is the category in English.
It should have been: guide-aventure-road-book (French version).
This breaks the site and causes endless automatic redirects.

I can fix this problem with save permalink setup.
But I would like to know why very often I have this problem. It's a big problem for me.

Thanks for your reply. Based on the screenshot you shared, it looks like you’re editing the permalinks (slugs). Yes, you will need to resave your permalinks each time you make changes to your website permalinks.

I din't change permalink.
As you can see in product screenshot, I am on the french product with french category attached. But in the slug product, there is the english category slug.
Why ?

Thanks for your reply. I've rechecked your screenshot, and I can see the issue. Looks like it's using the category slug from the wrong language in the French product.

I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
