Salve,
Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.
To reduce the waiting time, I took this ticket and responded in English. Please let me know if you're okay with it or want to continue the conversation in Italian. I will check and forward this ticket to one of our Italian supporters to assist you in Italian language.
I understand the issue you're facing. Please note that the Paid Membership Pro plugin is not currently listed in WPML's compatible plugin directory. You can verify this by visiting the following link: https://wpml.org/plugin/
The issue you're experiencing could be due to compatibility problems. However, if the access information is stored in a custom field, you can configure the translation setting for that field to "Copy." This will synchronize the access information across translations.
As far as I can see, the Paid Membership PRO plugin adds a custom metabox in the Editor where you can select whether a post is accessible by certain membership users. If you have set restrictions for posts using that field, you can inspect the field to find its name or ID.
Then, go to "WPML > Settings > Custom Field Translation" and click on "Show system fields." Enter the field's name in the search box. If the field appears in the results, set the translation preference for the field to "Copy," then retranslate the post. The translated post should now have the same access restrictions as the default one.
If that doesn't help, it would be best to reach out to the plugin author and inquire about the field where the access information is stored. Ask for clear instructions on how to synchronize the access information across languages in a WPML environment. They should be able to provide better guidance.
Feel free to let me know if you need further assistance. I will be happy to help.
If you can't find the ID in the list, it is possible that the field is not configured for translation. In that case, would you please try to replicate the issue in our sandbox? The autologin link to our sandbox is given below.

When you log in, you'll find that WPML and its add-ons are already installed. Please complete the setup. Once that's done, install the Paid Membership PRO plugin and any other plugins needed to recreate the issue.
After installing and configuring these plugins, try to recreate the issue you are experiencing on your main site within the sandbox environment.
In this way, we can investigate the issue in a minimal environment.
Please let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.
Best regards,
Prosenjit
