[Geschlossen] automatic translation stuck for a single page – job never completes

we are facing an issue where wpml automatic translation gets stuck for one specific page.

translation status keeps showing “automatic translations are in progress” and never completes

cancelling and resending the translation has been tried multiple times

the page was duplicated / recreated with a new post id (content copied manually), but the issue persists

other pages on the site are translating normally without any issues

pay-as-you-go credits are active and working (confirmed by translating other pages successfully)

this seems isolated to a single translation job rather than a global configuration or credit issue.
