[Geschlossen] Bulk translate strings

Background of the issue:
I have a long form with a multi-select field containing 160 terms that need to be translated into 4 languages. I have the translations in text files and want to add them to WPML. The form can be seen here: versteckter Link. The field label is 'Hobbies and interests in the music industry'.

Symptoms:
It seems too much work to do the translations individually in string translations.

Questions:
What's the easiest way to add the translations to WPML?
