[Gelöst] FSE Navigation - display different menus for different languages

Background of the issue:
I'm using WordPress FSE (Gutenberg) and I don't have the option 'Appearance > Menus'. I only have the option 'Appearance > Editor'. I want to display different menus on different languages. We have a full site in Danish but only need parts of the site translated to English since most of the topics are only relevant for Danish visitors.

Let's say we have a menu in Danish:
Overnatning, Lejrskole, Grupper, Kursus, Oplevelser, Spis godt, Om os, Kontakt.

In the English menu, I only want to display the following:
Accommodation, Prices, School camp, Groups, Contact.

Symptoms:
Can't have different menus for different languages with the WPML translator since i need to translate 100% before it's a valid translation

Questions:
How can I display different menus for different languages using WPML in WordPress FSE (Gutenberg)?
Is there a way to manage menus in WordPress FSE without the 'Appearance > Menus' option?
