We have conditional logic on versteckter Link for the submit button. Using the English form versteckter Link when Are you an active member of the child's healthcare team?, If this child is deemed eligible to be granted a wish by Make-A-Wish Canada, are you willing to sign a statement confirming that the chosen wish is appropriate based on the child’s condition? and Is the child’s family aware of the referral? are checked as yes the submit button displays, but not in French
