Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate our website homepage using WPML.

Symptoms:
Once WPML is activated, the homepage disappears. This issue does not occur with other pages.

Why does the homepage disappear when WPML is activated?
How can I ensure the homepage is visible with translations?
