Background of the issue:
After a programmer installed the WPML plugin, we are not able to find the Translation Management feature to check and correct some translations.

Symptoms:
We cannot access the Translation Management function.

Questions:
How to find and use the Translation Management feature in WPML?
Is there a different plugin we need to ask our programmer about?
