[Geschlossen] I can't transfer credits

Background of the issue:
I'm using WPML on different sites but I don't need automatic translation for all of them. I'm trying to transfer credits from unused sites to ones that I need to use.

Symptoms:
In tools' accordion 'Credit transfer to wpml.org' I have got an error message: 'Impossibile prelevare i crediti sull'account wpml.org, contatta l'assistenza'.

Questions:
How can I transfer credits from unused sites to the ones I need to use?
