Background of the issue:
I use Divi builder and recently noticed a change in behavior when editing translated pages. I stopped seeing the warning 'You are about to edit your translation using the standard WordPress editor' when I open a translated page directly. I haven't switched to manual translation on any of my translated pages and can still open the ATE to translate the content.

Symptoms:
The warning 'You are about to edit your translation using the standard WordPress editor' no longer appears when opening a translated page directly.

Questions:
Did you make an update recently that allows me to use both the Divi builder and ATE?
