[Resuelto] Localizacion de temas y plugins no aparece en el menu

Tengo un plugin propio que deseo traducir pero en este sitio web no me aparece el enlace para localizar y escanear temas y plugins en el menu de WPML.

From the WPML Debug info, it appears that only one language is active on your site. To access and execute the 'Theme and Plugins localization' option, you need to activate more than one language in WPML. Since only one language is currently active, there is no need for localization in other languages, which is why the option doesn't appear in the menu.
Please add another language by going to "WPML > Languages" and the "Theme and Plugins Localization" will appear in the menu. Please check this guide to understand the process of adding languages.
