[Gelöst] popup-maker not working after translate to french

Background of the issue:
I am developing a site and trying to translate an English version pop-up to a French version using WPML. When I add the french version of the pop-up, click on the top bar popup maker -> popup name -> French version popup can show up, but i directly go to the page of triggering that pop up part, the pop up didn't show up.

The screenshot shows when you click on any name on french version, the pop up show up with french version, but if i go to people's image section, if i clicked the image, the pop up didn't show up

Symptoms:
The popup-maker is not working after translating to French.

Why is the popup-maker not working after translating to French?
