Background of the issue:
I am trying to have all the product translations translated and synchronized. The translations were imported using WPML Import and Export. Everything worked good for pages, products and posts, but I am having troubles with product categories. My default language is Russian. Romanian has 93 translations, which is correct, but German has only 8 translations, even though the count at the bottom of the screen shows 91. There's a mismatch in the German language. Also, neither German nor Romanian translations are synchronized; they appear as separate translations.
