[Geschlossen] Remove Untranslated Strings also removes translated string

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a specific string in WooCommerce, which is set in the functions.php file. The string is: "Note: we do not ship ceramic vases & pots. These fragile products are only available for pick-up in our store." I want to use the 'Remove strings by domain' option without deleting this translated string.

Symptoms:
Every time I clean up the untranslated strings, the translated string also disappears. WooCommerce generates many strings from countries/regions, which I want to manage.

Questions:
How can I prevent the translated string from being deleted when using 'Remove strings by domain'?
How to disable the generation of unnecessary strings from countries/regions in WooCommerce?
