Contexte de la question:
I bought a WPML license to replace the one bought by the agency that created our website, which has not been renewed. I added the website address (versteckter Link) on my account and tried to reinstall the plugin on WordPress.
Symptômes:
The launcher won't let me install WPML because it seems the website is still linked to a former account. I unregistered the site, deleted the plugin, registered the website again on my WPML account, and received a message to buy a new WPML product, even though I already did (with a different account that was used on the website). OTGS Installer gives an error message to delete WPML on this website and asks if I have an account.
Questions:
How can I add the new key?
How should I proceed in order to fix that?
