[Geschlossen] Translate woocommerce emails templates

We are experiencing a translation issue with WooCommerce emails on a WPML site using the Kadence theme.

The issue affects specifically the New Account email and the Completed Order email. These emails cannot be fully translated into French. While editing the email subject and heading in WooCommerce, the preview shows the changes correctly in French. However, once the email is saved, the preview returns to English. When sending real test emails, the French translations are also not fully applied.

What we already did:
- the site language is set to French
- the translations were completed
- we scanned both WooCommerce and Kadence theme files
- we cleared the WPML cache
- we also tried translating the related admin texts
- we checked for plugin, code, or template interference, but no custom code, plugin, or template override appears to be affecting the email templates

Can you confirm what could cause this, and why the saved and sent email content is not using the translated values for the New Account and Completed Order emails?
