Questions: Why are the translated strings with custom HTML not showing on the frontend? How can I ensure that the translated content appears correctly on the website?

Background of the issue:

Symptoms:
Translated strings with custom HTML do not appear on the frontend. Instead of the expected English boxes below documents and catalogues, I see the Slovak versions. Same with widgets in the header.

Why are the translated strings with custom HTML not showing on the frontend?
How can I ensure that the translated content appears correctly on the website?
