[Gelöst] Translation credits have been allocated to a site but not used. How do I take them back?

Background of the issue:
I have accidentally allocated translation credits to the site versteckter Link but they have not been used. I want to take them back. I am following the instructions provided in the modal on my account page when I click 'Add/remove Credits' for this site.

Symptoms:
The instructions say to go to WPML/Translation Management and click the Tools tab to send the credits back to my WPML account, but there is no Tools tab available.

Questions:
How do I take back unused translation credits from a site?
Why is there no Tools tab in WPML/Translation Management as per the instructions?
