[Gelöst] Translation Screen Not Loading

Background of the issue:
I am trying to load the translation queue screen, but it is not loading. Please see here: versteckter Link. I have tried using a default theme and no extensions, and I have cleared both WordPress and server (Nginx) caches as explained here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/failed-to-construct-url-invalid-url-when-viewing-translations-queue/. The issue persists.

Symptoms:
The translation queue screen is not loading, resulting in a blank screen. The browser's console shows the error: TypeError: URL constructor: /wp-json/wpml/tm/v1/jobs/?limit=20&offset=0&pageName=translation-queue&preview_id=0&preview_nonce=38cde102e7&preview=1&jobId=402&returnUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fnovaweb.retiradaamiant.cat%2Fwp-admin%2Fadmin.php%3Fpage%3Dtm%2Fmenu%2Ftranslations-queue.php&p=0 is not a valid URL.

Why is the translation queue screen not loading?
How can I resolve the TypeError related to the URL constructor?
