[Geschlossen] update wp to renewed version

I renewed my subscription on december the 29th. I'm trying to update and activate wpml but it's not possible.
I've downloaded and tried to activate the OTGS installer but it won't activate.
I've tried the register link but I get a message,
WPML Update is Incomplete
You are running updated woocommerce-multilingual, wpml-cms-nav, wpml-media-translation and wpml-string-translation, but the following components are not updated:
sitepress-multilingual-cms (required version: 4.8.0)

I also get
"You are using an expired account of WPML." so I click in "Refresh account status" But after some seconds, nothing happens.
Please help me because I have bought your product but I can't use it. I could try to upload the different plugins, but get access to OGTS wich I can't activate. Installing WPML used to be much more easy than this.
It may be the wp or php minimum version? where can I look for that information?
