[Gelöst] When WPML is active, I can not sign out

Background of the issue:
I am trying to sign out from WordPress admin.

Symptoms:
When WPML is active, I cannot sign out. Instead of seeing the sign-in screen, I am redirected to the homepage and I am still signed in.

Questions:
Why can't I sign out from WordPress admin when WPML is active?
How can I fix the issue of being redirected to the homepage instead of the sign-in screen?
