davidM-300	I've been having trouble getting WPML to recognize some of my theme's headers for translation. I was directed by Lauren to request a list of shortcodes from my theme's developer. While they say their support tickets are usually responded to within 48 hours (or less), it has now been over 6 full business days and I'm starting to think I might never hear back from them.
