Hello, Thank you for contacting WPML support team, One of the main cause for this, is that maybe the content is not set as "published" in the backend, can you for to Pages > Filter by language and select the second language > Edit > see if the status is published or not. If it is published: 1. Go to WPML -> Translation Management -> Translation Jobs and cancel the in progress job. If there is no in progress job, continue to the next steps. Hello Ilyes, Now to the products 😅 : The images in the product gallery are not taken into account. We can see here that only one photo appears in English: Here's an FR product sheet: And here is its EN version : What's more, swatches work in FR: the photo changes if you click on a color. Hello again, Thank you for your patience, I see there are two issues: 1- Only one image is visible in second language for your product Before anything, could you please explain in details what plugin are you using to setup these variations? I would like to ask for temporary access to your test site’s wp-admin and FTP to investigate the issue further. Kindly provide me with any details that could be useful in this case (how do you configure your variations, what plugins are you using for these functionalities...0 If necessary, I may need to replicate your site locally. To do this, I will temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” on your site, which will enable me to create a copy of your site and its content. Once the problem has been resolved, I will delete the local site. Please let me know if you agree to this. It is important to note that you should back up your site and database before proceeding, and you can use a plugin like Duplicator for this purpose. Hello, Thank you for your patience, I started my debugging by changing the theme to a default theme like twenty-twenty-one, making sure that this is not a theme related issue, But that wasn't the case, I went to Products->Add a new variable product and before I publish verify that the following options are both enabled : lien caché Media attachments Duplicate uploaded media to translations When I reviewed your products, I noticed that these were deactivated from within the products. Once I enabled them and re-updated the product, the issue was resolved : lien caché And if that wasn't enough to fix it, to make sure that all medias were copied to second language, I ran the duplication function from WPML > Settings > media translation : lien caché Let me know your results, please. |

Hello Ilyes, There's just one small problem left, on this page : lien caché I've made a few small changes, several cross-references in translation, but it doesn't work. If we take Switzerland for example, I don't have the content, even though it's well translated in the editor...
