Hi, there,
I've started automatic translation with DeepL. In the back office I have my translations OK, but in the front office I have no content... Any ideas?

For your information, I have the same problem with the Collection page:

The link appears on the English page, but not on the French one.

Note:
• When I am connected to the admin, the page appears (see screenshot)...
• And none of the product sheets work in English...
• WPML's behavior is very strange. On the SHOP page: lien caché
No color variation is visible.
You can't enter any product sheet by clicking on the thumbnail.
But if you select a filter at the bottom left, glass color :
lien caché
and click on the thumbnail, it works.
But the product doesn't have all the images and variations.

Thank you for contacting WPML support team,

One of the main cause for this, is that maybe the content is not set as "published" in the backend, can you for to Pages > Filter by language and select the second language > Edit > see if the status is published or not.

If it is published:

1. Go to WPML -> Translation Management -> Translation Jobs and cancel the in progress job. If there is no in progress job, continue to the next steps.
2. Edit the default page. Make any small change and update the page (add a dot or word).
3. Go to WPML -> Translation Management and send this page to the translation basket. Tick the checkbox, scroll down and click translate, then you will see the translation basket tab.
4. Click the translation basket and send the page to yourself as a translator or translate it automatically (it will not use more credits as Deepl has translation memory that will use old translations).
5. If you translate it manually, go to WPML -> Translations and take and translate the page. Save the translation 100% and then let\'s see if the correct content shows.

Hello Ilyes,
Thanks for the feedback, it worked, I had to do the full manipulation, but the home page is in place now.

Now to the products 😅 :

The images in the product gallery are not taken into account. We can see here that only one photo appears in English:

Here's an FR product sheet:

And here is its EN version :

What's more, swatches work in FR: the photo changes if you click on a color.
This is not the case in EN, any ideas?

I see there are two issues:

1- Only one image is visible in second language for your product
2- The variations do not work in second language

Before anything, could you please explain in details what plugin are you using to setup these variations?
Also, do you have a staging or testing site that we could access?

I would like to ask for temporary access to your test site’s wp-admin and FTP to investigate the issue further.

Kindly provide me with any details that could be useful in this case (how do you configure your variations, what plugins are you using for these functionalities...0

If necessary, I may need to replicate your site locally. To do this, I will temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” on your site, which will enable me to create a copy of your site and its content. Once the problem has been resolved, I will delete the local site. Please let me know if you agree to this.

Thank you for your patience,

I started my debugging by changing the theme to a default theme like twenty-twenty-one, making sure that this is not a theme related issue,

But that wasn't the case, I went to Products->Add a new variable product and before I publish verify that the following options are both enabled : lien caché

Media attachments

Duplicate uploaded media to translations
Duplicate featured image to translations

When I reviewed your products, I noticed that these were deactivated from within the products.

Once I enabled them and re-updated the product, the issue was resolved : lien caché

And if that wasn't enough to fix it, to make sure that all medias were copied to second language, I ran the duplication function from WPML > Settings > media translation : lien caché

Let me know your results, please.

I've made a few small changes, several cross-references in translation, but it doesn't work. If we take Switzerland for example, I don't have the content, even though it's well translated in the editor...
