Problema:
El cliente está experimentando varios problemas con la traducción y visualización de contenido en su sitio web multilingüe, incluyendo encabezados avanzados que no se traducen, problemas con multimedia, un carrusel de productos que no aparece en la versión en inglés, un enlace de 'Ver más productos' que redirige al idioma español y la opción de inglés que no aparece al iniciar sesión.

Solución:
1) Para el problema de traducción de los encabezados avanzados, se debe seleccionar una etiqueta específica en el archivo de configuración de WPML del plugin Spectra. Se eligió la etiqueta Div, se guardaron los cambios y, con la traducción automática habilitada, los contenidos se tradujeron y ahora se muestran correctamente en inglés.

2) Para los problemas con multimedia, se solicitó al cliente más detalles para poder asistir adecuadamente.

3) Para que los productos aparezcan en el carrusel en inglés, es necesario traducir los productos al inglés o ajustar la configuración en WPML para mostrar los productos en español cuando no haya traducciones disponibles, cambiando la preferencia de traducción para el tipo de publicación 'Productos' a 'Traducible - usar traducción si está disponible o volver al idioma predeterminado'.

4) El enlace 'Ver más productos' redirigía al español porque la traducción al inglés de la página de inicio no estaba marcada como completada. Al completar la traducción, el enlace funcionó correctamente en inglés.

5) La opción de inglés siempre estuvo disponible en el selector de idiomas durante la investigación. Se pidió al cliente más detalles para entender el problema.

Se recomienda al cliente crear tickets separados para cada problema adicional, siguiendo la política de abordar un solo problema por ticket para una mejor claridad y organización.

Problems with the translation of advanced headers.

When trying to translate a page that contains text in advanced headers, these texts are not translated.
It only translates the page titles for me.

I tried to visit your website but encountered an issue with access, consistently receiving an "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" error.

Upon reviewing the WPML Debug Information, I observed that your site is running outdated versions of WPML and its string translation component. It's important to note that updates typically include various fixes and enhancements, so keeping plugins updated is always recommended.

Could you please update these plugins and then try to retranslate the page that contains the header?

If you're still having the issue, please let me know how you've created the Header. I will check and guide you on what to do next.

I have done what you mentioned, I already updated the plugins from WordPress and I still cannot translate the content of the advanced headers.

The advanced header comes as a wordpress builder tool, I just select advanced header and start writing the content or text I want.

I attach what appears to me when doing the translation.

Thank you so much for the clarification. I checked the "Accessibility" page and found that the Heading section is added using the Advanced Heading Element of the "Spectra" plugin. Upon checking the WPML Debug Info, I found that an outdated version of the Spectra plugin is installed on your site. Could you please update the Spectra plugin and then try the following?

- Clear the caches from your site and browser.
- Make a small change in the "ACCESIBILIDAD" page.
- Save the changes and proceed to update the translation.

Hello good morning!

Thank you for responding and the availability of samples regarding the topic.
I already did what you told me to do but I still can't translate the advanced headers and not only on that page but on all the others where I use that tool.
It is worth mentioning that the Spectra update was carried out on the same day that you told me to update WPML.
I attach a screenshot of the messages that appear after modifying and updating.
The multimedia plugins do not translate for me either, the content or text does not appear in the WPML editor.

As the issue persists, a closer inspection will be required to understand the root cause of the issue.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

Thank you for sharing the access information.

1) Issue with Advance Heading content translation: According to the WPML Configuration file in the Spectra plugin, to translate the contents of the Advanced heading block, a specific tag must be chosen. For a clearer insight, please refer to this screenshot: enlace oculto. I opted for the Div tag, saved the changes, and upon updating the translation, I noticed that the contents were now present in the translation editor. With Automatic translation enabled, these contents were translated automatically. Consequently, the contents are now correctly displayed in the English version of the page.

2) Issue with Multimedia: I'm not sure about which multimedia you're specifically referring to. Could you please share more details about the media that you're talking about?

3) Products are not showing in the Carousel in the English language- While checking, I noticed that the Spanish products haven't been translated into English yet. You can see this in the provided screenshot: View Screenshot. To view the products in English, you need to translate them into English. Alternatively, if you prefer not to translate the products but wish to display the Spanish products in English, you can adjust the settings in WPML. Navigate to "WPML > Settings > Post type Translation" and change the translation preference for the "Products" post type to "Translatable - use translation if available or fallback to default language". This setting will show the original Spanish products in the English version of the site when translations are not available.

4) "See More Products" is taking to the Spanish version: While checking, I found that the English translation of the homepage was saved but not marked as completed. When I completed the translation, the link worked correctly on the English homepage.

5) English option not showing when logged-in: Throughout my investigation, I consistently saw the English language option available in the language switcher without encountering any problems. Could you provide more details or guidance on where or how to observe the issue you're referring to?
