I understand the issue you're having and agree that the way you're adding the URL is not a standard way. However, please note that the WPML plugin can translate the contents if they are added in a fields that is set to translatable. In case of Elementor widgets or Divi Modules, if they have the WPML support, contents added within the Widget or Module will also appear in the translation editor for translation.

In your specific case, I'm not entirely sure how you're adding the link. Could you please provide more details about the process? If you can share how you're adding the link and on which page it will appear, it would greatly help in providing more targeted assistance.

Could you please search for the link in the Translation Editor and see if it appears there? To help you with this, please refer to this guide to understand the process.

If the link doesn’t appear in the editor, could you please explain how the link is added to the default page? If it involves a specific widget, module, or another method, please include those details in your next response. I will review this information and guide you on the next steps.
