Hello Carmen, Would you please try the following and check if that helps to solve the issue? - Please go to 'WPML > Settings' and scroll to the 'Post type Translation' section Since the Footer has been created independently, once it is translated, the translated footer will appear on the translated pages. Hello Carmen, Thanks for providing the access details. I'm pleased to let you know that I've successfully resolved the footer issue on your website. It was happening due to not selecting the Footer template from "Theme Options > Footer → Settings". I changed the 'Content-Type' to 'pages' and selected the Footer template.
