Hola,

El footer no se muestra en ninguna de las páginas traducidas. No sé por qué. ¿Qué puede estar sucediendo?

I attempted to examine the Footer; however, due to maintenance mode being activated on your site, I'm unable to continue with the inspection.

Will it be possible for you to keep the maintenance mode disabled while I'm investigating the issue? If not, please let me know how the footer was created. Please try to include as much as details you can so that I can get a better understanding of it and assist you in finding a solution.

Hello Carmen,
Thank you for disabling the Maintenance mode.

Would you please try the following and check if that helps to solve the issue?

- Please go to 'WPML > Settings' and scroll to the 'Post type Translation' section
- Locate the 'Footer' post type and set the translation preference to "Translatable"
- Now, Locate the Footer template and translate it by clicking on the '+' icon. You should find that template from "Theme Option > Footer"

Since the Footer has been created independently, once it is translated, the translated footer will appear on the translated pages.

Please let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.

Hello again!

I cant find it... :S Could you help me?

I have create you a tester user if you need it. If you couldnt login, you have to configure Spanish as a language of your browser. This is because a security system of my server provider.

Thanks for providing the access details. I'm pleased to let you know that I've successfully resolved the footer issue on your website. It was happening due to not selecting the Footer template from "Theme Options > Footer → Settings".

I changed the 'Content-Type' to 'pages' and selected the Footer template. This adjustment immediately fixes the issue. Please check now and let me know if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.
