[Resuelto] I do some changes in elementor but it is not reflecting on other langugaes

Background of the issue:
I create a new section on Elementor on the staging website first and then I import the same section on finpros.com. I am following WPML documentation.

Symptoms:
After importing the section, I see the refresh icon on the pages. Once I click on the button, it turns to a setting icon, but changes are not showing on the other languages.

Questions:
Why are the changes not reflecting on other languages after importing the section?
What does the refresh icon turning into a setting icon indicate?
