Hi There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

To reduce the waiting time, I took this ticket and responded in English. Please let me know if you're okay with it or want to continue the conversation in Spanish language. I will check and forward the ticket to one of our Spanish supporters to assist you in the Spanish language.

I understand the issue you're having. Page translations can disappear for several reasons. However, if this happened suddenly, the primary suspicion would be cache. Please try clearing the cache from your site and browser to see if that resolves the issue.

If the issue persists, please open the translated page and check if the translation is present there. If the translation is missing, you may need to translate the page again. If it has been translated, the translation should load from memory, and you won't need to re-add it. Just save the editor, and the translation should appear on the page again.

However, if the translations are added but not showing on the frontend, it could be a configuration issue. Please share the link to one of the affected pages along with the WPML Debug Information from your site so I can get a better overview of your setup.

Here’s how you can get the Debug Info: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Copy the information and paste it into the Debug Information box below where you compose your replies. I will check and aadvice what to do next.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
