[Résolu] layout issue

I have my site staging.bikefit.lu in 4 languages; default language is English.
I use ARPrice for my pricing tables, which cannot be translated through WPML. So I duplicated the tables and translated them to have all the tables in 4 languages.
To have the correct pricing table in every language, I insert the related shortcode in the different languages, what I do by changing the language in the wordpress dashboard, edit the page, insert the shortcode for the corresponding language, apply and publish. When I open the page in the front end, I see the result as expected. But the problem is: the result doesn't last. After a while, the English pricing tables are back for every language 🙁

I have the same problem with the layout. I have to adjust it depending on the language as the lenght of the text changes and for some languege a button is in the middle of the text. I change it, using the same procedure. It works, but only for a while 🙁

Am I doing something wrong?
