Hi There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

Before this thread is assigned to my colleague, I'd like to offer some initial guidance and potential solutions. To reduce response time, I'm responding in English. If you prefer to continue the conversation in Spanish, please let us know in your next response, and our Spanish support team will assist you accordingly.

The XLIFF file holds several crucial pieces of information, including the original ID. When you upload the XLIFF file, the system will read this original ID and verify if a translation job with a similar ID already exists. If it finds a matching ID, the import will proceed smoothly, and the translation will be created without any errors.

Since you encountered the error 'Import failed. The uploaded XLIFF file does not belong to this system,' it seems you either tried to upload an XLIFF file that is not compatible with your site, or there is no translation job with the ID found in your XLIFF file. Additionally, if you had previously created a translation job, it's possible that the translation job might have canceled before uploading the translated XLIFF, which would also cause the system to not recognize the file.

Now, please follow the instructions outlined in the guide below, and I hope they will assist you in resolving the issue.
