Background of the issue:
I am using WPML for string translation on my site enlace oculto. I have spent tens of thousands of translation credits and time on manually translating strings.

Symptoms:
Day afte the translation, my manually translated strings are being reset.

Questions:
How can I prevent the resetting of translations?
How can I get back my translation credits?
