Llevo varias semanas para solucionar los problemas de traducción. Os agradecería que me los pudieseis resolver. Todas las traducciones en mi página funcionan correctamente excepto 3 párrafos. He estado varias semanas en contacto con vuestro soporte y no me habeis podido solucionar el problema. Lo ultimo que me dijeron fue que borrase la caché, y nada. Al estar ausente unos días el hilo de soporte se ha cerrado, por lo que vuelvo a abrir uno esperando que me podais ayudar ya de una vez. Llevo mucho tiempo con el problema y sigo sin una solución.

I read your previous ticket and understood the issue. Upon checking the homepage, I found that the heading "OUR LATEST WORK" and the paragraphs following it are not showing as translated only in the EUSKARA language.
Since you shared access to your site in your previous ticket, I logged in and found that the homepage translation into the "EUSKARA" language is not yet completed. Please check this screenshot: enlace oculto
Please click on the gear icon to load the translation editor. Add the translation, ensure it is 100% complete, and then save the changes. Please always ensure to Save the translation before closing/exiting the editor, otherwise, the translation will not appear in the frontend.

Thanks for the answer. The issue was not resolved by WPML support team as i told you yesterday. Yesterday, after I asked for help again, I tried to duplicate the paragraph that wasn't being translated and then erase the original one . The issue was solved (that's why now you can see the paragraph translated in spanish). So thank you but the info you were giving me wasn't helpful, it was just the basic guide to translate with your plugin. I know it's not your fault but the support of WPML in general has been really tedious and useless. I hope the next time i need it will be more efficient.

My aim was to start with the primary suggestion to ensure we covered the basics, as sometimes simple solutions can resolve issues quickly.
