I would like to clarify why this case is taking longer than expected.
Based on the information shared throughout the ticket, it was initially understood that the main issue was related to WPML registration and the connection to wpml.org. However, after reviewing the site again more carefully, I noticed that the situation seems to be broader than that. In addition to the registration/connectivity issue previously described, WPML also appears to be showing missing functionality and unexpected behavior on the website.
Because the reports shared so far were partial and spread across different messages, it was difficult to identify the full scope of the issue from the beginning. At first, the problem seemed limited to activation/registration, but it now appears that a deeper investigation is needed to verify whether there are plugin conflicts, theme conflicts, server-related problems, or other site-specific issues affecting WPML.
I also attempted to create a copy of the website locally for testing, but this was not possible. The website is currently too heavy/bloated for Duplicator to complete the package creation successfully, so I could not reproduce the site in my local environment.
At this stage, I need a staging version of the website in order to continue the investigation properly. This is necessary so I can run tests, deactivate components if needed, and check for possible conflicts without compromising the live/production website. Using a staging site for this kind of troubleshooting is also part of our support process requirements.
You can use the same administrator user credentials you already shared, as long as that same user is available on the staging site as well. If you are not sure how to create a staging website, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to create one for you.
Once the staging site is ready, please let me know.
